Our Momma's lumpia is fried up with beef and veggies and flavored seasonings. Growing up our mom made this as a snack for us kids. It is a well-known tradition for our extended family to always request our Momma's or our Olive's lumpia. We know if we enjoyed them as much as kid's you will enjoy them as well.
